Why Am I So Gassy?

  • High-fat foods which don’t necessarily cause gas, but they often cause bloating which can lead to gas

Certain gastrointestinal medical conditions can lead to chronic gassiness. These conditions include irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, Colitis, and several others.
