Salute to the Sun
The leader of asanas, Salute to the Sun or Surya Namaskar, works on the entire body, making it the top Yoga for weight loss. It tones the spine, shoulders, neck, arms, and legs. For the most beneficial results, do it while holding your navel tucked in.
One set of Suryanamaskar consists of 12 yoga poses each, twice. It is recommended to practice as many rounds as suitable to your body.
