The drain is the male garden hose and the fill is the female garden hose. When filling the tanks, it is very fast, so fast that you will have to watch your timer to make sure you don’t over fill it. If you have no clue what BPA stands for, it is Bisphenol A and Phthalates. They can interfere with the hormone functions in your body and they make your water have a strange taste.
